i'm totally delayed in posting these but i couldn't get over the sheer beauty of the frocks.

my top three picks - riley keough in thakoon for gap (!!), blake lively looking very serena van der woodsen in marchesa, and tom ford in a pastel pink blazer.
honourable mention - karlie kloss, straight out of the womb (okay, she's seventeen, but still) made her first met gala appearance, lady gaga rocked the house in, of course, a girogio armani glitter body suit, and diane von furstenberg's humorous take on the theme in an all-american star-adorned gown.
